TA型静态混合器的开发与研究

摘    要:本文介绍了自行开发的TA型静态混合器的结构、并就压降,单位萃取级效率的能耗、萃取级效率及体积传质系数等方面同国内外其他型式的静态混合器进行了比较。实验证明TA型静态混合器的单位萃取级效率的能耗低于国内的各种静态混合器,萃取级效率及体积传质系数与国内目前最优的SV型相当。但TA型结构较SV型简单,加工方便且不易堵塞。

Abstract:( Department of Forest Products ) A TA type of static mixer was developed and tested in the laboratory. This static mixerliadtriple. action of simultaneous division, cross-current and back-mixing. The experimental results were shown that the extracting Stage efficiency and mass transmittance of the TA type state mixer were better in comparision with SV type. The friction factor is lower than that of the HI type, SMX type, and SV type. The energy consumption of the TA typs static mixer is lower than both the SVtype's and SK type's at the same extraction stage efficiency.
