摘    要:研究了不同浓度Hg2+、Cr3+共同胁迫对苦草抗氧化酶系统的影响,结果表明:Hg2+、Cr3+及共同胁迫作用,都能导致苦草O2.-、MDA含量发生变化,随离子浓度增加,O2.-、MDA含量先升后降,MDA峰值较O2.-滞后,Hg2+、Cr3+共同作用所产生的毒性效应大于单一Hg2+、Cr3+;随着Hg2+、Cr3+复合离子浓度的增加,SOD、POD活性先升后降,以及CAT在开始阶段略有升高,之后下降,这表明抗氧化酶系统在清除活性氧自由基过程中起重要作用,但植物抗性能力是有一定范围的。

Abstract:The effects of Hg2 and Cr3 interaction on O2.-and MAD and antioxidant enzyme systems of Vallisneria spiralis L were discussed.The results showed that the function of Hg2 and Cr3 and combined pollution made change of O2.-and MAD content in Vallisneria spiralis L.The toxicity of combined pollution was heavier than those of single pollution.With the increasing of the concentration of Hg2 and Cr3 ,accumulation of O2.-and MAD were stimulated in lower level but decreased afterwards.The crest value of O2.-appeared earlier than MAD.The activities of SOD and POD also raised first and dropped then.The activities of CAT raised a little at first and dropped afterwards.It was concluded that antioxidant enzyme systems may be regarded as a protecting function of plants and having effect in antioxidation.
