| 摘 要： | 基于JX-300X中纤板生产线控制系统由系统管理级、现场设备控制级和生产过程监控3部分组成.系统采用SCConnect OPC Server作为本地或远端服务器完成生产数据的存储,通过实时监控软件实现对生产数据和生产状况的远程监控及生产数据的全面分析管理,实现生产过程的高效自动化控制.本系统可提高生产能力20%.

| Abstract: | A distributed control system for a medium density fiberboard(MDF) production line based on JX-300X is described.The whole system consists of three parts,including management level,which takes charge the production management task of a factory,an SCConnect OPC Server,as the local or long-distance server for collecting and storing the data for the production processes,and the remote visualization of the data and the condition of production processes accomplished by the monitoring software.Through an overall analysis of the remote visualization and the data of production processes,the high-efficient automatic control for production processes is realized.This system may increase the output of MDF by 20%. |
