竹荪球腐烂致病真菌种类鉴定与药剂筛选

摘    要:对采集于贵州省水城县、清镇市等地竹荪种植基地的腐烂竹荪球进行病原菌分离、培养、鉴定,分离到4种致病真菌:茄病镰刀菌[Fusarium Solani(M art.)Sacc.]、绿色木霉(Trichoderma viridePers.)、匍枝根霉(Rhizopus stoloniferL ind)、拟青霉(Paecilomyces variotiBain.)。用70%甲基托布津、50%多菌灵、施宝功、抑唑霉、70%敌克松等5种杀菌剂对以上4种病菌进行室内抑菌试验,施宝功500倍液对以上4种病菌的抑制率分别为71.3%,67.4%,58.7%和73.2%,甲基托布津500倍液对以上4种病菌的抑制率分别为68.4%,64.5%,60.7%,63.6%。多菌灵、抑唑霉、敌克松的防治效果不明显。

Abstract:Four pathogens were isolated from the rotten fruit bodies of Dictyophra rubrovolvata collected from Shuicheng and Qingzhen of Guizhou province.They were cultured and identified as Fusarium solani(Mart.) Sacc,Trichoderma viride,Rhizopus stolonifer and Paecilomyces varioti.Five fungicides were tested in vitro for the efficacy against these pathogens in the laboratory.The inhibitive rate of Shibaogong and Thiophanate-methyl for them was 71.3%,67.4%,58.7% and 73.2%,and 68.4%,64.4%,60.7% and 63.6%,respectively.The inhibition effects of Carbendazim,Yizuomei and Fenaminosulf were not satisfactory.
