温室分区多时段灌溉控制系统

针对温室植物分区种植、多时段和定量滴灌管理的问题,设计了一种温室分区多时段定量灌溉控制系统,参数设置界面、中心处理单元和各末端控制单元组成。其中,参数设置界面设置各分区总流量和各时段信息,与中心处理单元经串口进行交互;中心处理单元解析各数据,通过电台无线数传模块搭建无线局域网络;各末端控制单元接收指令,实现温室各分区定时、定量滴灌的目的。温室试验结果表明:该系统有效的通讯范围为2 5 m,温室滴灌量控制准确率为9 2%,能够达到温室分区灌溉的要求。

Greenhouse Zonal Multi-period Irrigation Control System

To solve the problem of zonal planting,multi-period and quantitative irrigation of the greenhouse management,a control system which could multi-period and quantitative irrigation according to the zonal was designed. The system was consists of a parameter interface,a central processing unit and terminal control units. The parameter interface interacts with the central processing unit through serial port for setting total flow per zone and time period information.The central processing unit analyzed data. The wireless local area network was set up by wireless data transmission module of radio station,and the terminal control units received instructions and realized the purpose of zonal,multi-period and quantitative irrigation. Greenhouse test results show that the effective communication distance is 25 m,and the accuracy of controlling irrigation in greenhouse is 92%,which could satisfy the requirement of zonal irrigation in greenhouse.
