链齿式耕层残膜回收机捡拾机构设计与试验

摘    要:地膜覆盖技术不仅加快了农业科学的发展,而且改善了农业生产方式、提高了农业生产力,但在自然条件下土壤中残留的地膜极难降解,对农业的可持续发展造成巨大危害。为此,通过对国内外残膜回收机的研究和借鉴,设计了一种链齿式的残膜回收机,主要介绍了该机的整体结构与工作原理,并对捡拾装置进行了运动分析。试验结果表明:动力由泰鸿-300、功率为22.06kW提供时,捡拾率约为88%,生产效率为0.6hm^2/h。

Abstract:Mulching not only accelerates the development of agricultural science and technology, and improves agricultural production and agricultural productivity, but the plastic film residues in the soil under natural conditions in the extremely difficult to degrade, and the sustainable development of agriculture caused great damage. For these problems, and by reference to the domestic and foreign research of residual film recycling machine. The residual film recycling machine is a kind of chain gear design, mainly introducing the overall structure and working principle of the machine and motion analysis of the pick-up device. Field tests show that the power by the Thai hung -300, powering for 22.06kW, picking up rate is about 88%, and the production efficiency is 0.6hm^2 /h.
