摘    要:为解决南方山区地形复杂问题,研制了一种小型履带式链式深耕机,设计要求是要达到耕深25cm。为此,应用有限元分析理论及Solid Works建立刀具模型,导进ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中,创建了土壤的几何模型,然后运用该软件对单个刀具切削土壤过程进行数值模拟,旨在揭示单个刀具-土壤的工作机理。同时,对其切削力以及切削深度进行了分析,验证了所研制出的深耕机可以满足25cm的设计耕深要求,而且得到一个周期内刀具切削土壤的Von Mises Stress等效应力云图,为分析切削力及深耕机刀具与土壤相互作用的数值模拟方面的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:To solve the complex problems of the southern mountainous terrain,developed a small crawler chain deep plowing machine,the deep plowing machine design requirements is to reach the depth of 25 cm. In this paper,the finite element analysis theory is applied,the tool model is to build by Solidworks,and the geometrical model of soil is introduced into ANSYS/LSDYNA software. Then,the software is used to simulate the soil cutting process of a single tool,aiming at revealing the soil working mechanism,and analyzing its cutting force and cutting depth.Not only verifies that the developed deep tiller can meet the design tillage requirement of reaching 25 cm,and obtains the Von Mises equivalent stress cloud map of the tool cutting soil in a cycle,which provides a reference value for the study of the numerical simulation of the cutting force and the relationship between the tool and the soil.
