摘    要:研制了一种自走式小籽粒精密播种机,采用二因素五水平二次正交旋转组合试验设计方法在播种机性能检测试验台进行试验,建立了种子漏播率、种子重播率、种子破损率、粒距合格率与排种轮转速、导种管橡胶管长度二因素之间的数学模型,确定了最优排种轮转速为10r/min,揭示了有导种管可以对播种性能优化和导种管橡胶管长度对播种性能影响微弱,为二代小籽粒精密播种机的研发提供了设计依据。

Abstract:The research introduces the precision seeder of small grain. The research adopts the method of two factors five level quadratic orthogonal revolving using experimental design based on design-expert Version 8.0.6 and establishes the mathematical model between the miss seeding rate, the reseeding rate, the breakage rate of seeds, the breakage rate of seeds and the speed of revolution of the seed-metering wheel, the length of the rubber tube of the guide tube in the seeding device test-bed. The result of the experiment shows that the best speed of revolution of the seed-metering wheel is 10r/min and the guide tube can optimize the seeding performance and the length of the rubber tube of the guide tube hardly influence the seeding performance. The research provides the design basis for the new precision seeder of small grain.
