组合式轴流油葵脱粒装置的设计与试验

摘    要:现有的油葵脱粒机未脱净损失率高,为研制低未脱净损失率的脱粒装置,设计了一种组合式轴流脱粒装置,脱粒间隙为20mm,并开展了不同滚筒转速对未脱净损失率、滚筒扭矩及功耗的试验研究。结果表明:滚筒转速在300~470r/min的区间,未脱净损失率先减小、后增大;当滚筒转速在450r/min时,未脱净损失率最小,为1. 14%,油葵的脱粒速度范围为8. 5~10. 0m/s;滚筒扭矩在547~557N·m的范围之内波动,波动范围不大;滚筒功耗在17. 20~27. 11k W范围递增,滚筒功耗与转速呈正相关的关系。

Abstract:The existing oil sunflower threshers have high un-threshing rate.In order to get lower un-threshing rate of oil sunflower threshing unit.,a combined axial-flow threshing unit is designed,and the threshing clearance is 20mm,the experimental research on the un-threshing rate,torque and power consumption of the different cylinder speed is carried out.The test shows that the cylinder speed to the un-threshing rate is the first reduction,after the increase,the cylinder speed in the 300~470 r/min interval increment.When the cylinder speed in 450 r/min,the un-threshing rate is the smallest,1.14%.Oil sunflower better threshing speed range is 8.5~10.0 m/s.Cylinder speed in that interval,torque is fluctuation within the range of 547~557 N·m and he fluctuations is not large.The power consumption of the cylinder is increased in the range of 17.20~27.11 kW and it is positively correlated with the speed.This study provides a reference for lower un-threshing rate of oil sunflower threshing unit.
