摘    要:针对当前我国蔬菜移栽机作业效率慢、省力不省工等问题,引进了一种基质块苗蔬菜移栽机,一次进地作业可完成畦面整平、开沟、移栽、覆土等功能。以旱地栽植机械行业标准JB/T 10291-2013为参考标准,对机器开展了试验研究,结果表明:栽植频率为57株/min·行-1,栽植合格率为95. 3%,栽植株距及栽植深度合格率均满足标准要求。该机器作为引进机型还需为适应我国蔬菜种植农艺要求做进一步优化改进,以达到农机与农艺相融合的目的。

Abstract:In view of the problems of slow efficiency,saving energy but human labour are ruined of vegetable transplanter in China,a vegetable seedling transplanter with matrix seedling was introduced which can complete the functions of furrow leveling,trenching,transplanting and covering the soil at one time.Based on the standard of JB/T 10291-2013 for dry land planting machinery industry,an experimental study was carried out on the machine.The results showed that the frequency of planting was 57/min/line^-1,the rate of transplanting was 95.3%,and the qualified rate of planting spacing and planting depth all met the standard requirements.As the imported machine,the machine needs further optimization and improvement to meet the requirements of China's vegetable planting,so as to achieve the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy.
