摘    要:对我国打捆机械当前存在的问题进行了分析,总结了打捆部件方面的设计不足与缺陷。为了改善打捆装置的工作性能,设计一套打捆试验台用于验证打捆工作性能,并介绍了试验台的组成及工作原理。采用三因素五水平正交旋转组合试验方法,通过数据处理得到回归方程与对试验指标的主次因素关系,应用Design-Expert软件得到响应曲面,通过分析获得最优工作参数为草捆长度750mm、喂入量2.5kg/s、飞轮转速80r/min时,草捆密度最优值为165.8kg/m3,满足使用要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the existing problems in the binding machinery in China,summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies in the design of the bundling parts.In order to improve the working performance of the bundling device,a bundle test bench is designed to verify the performance of the binding work,and the composition and working principle of the test rig are introduced.The experimental study adopts three factors and five horizontal orthogonal rotation combination test method,through data processing,the relationship between the regression equation and the main and secondary factors of the test index is obtained.The response surface is obtained by design-expert software.The optimum working parameters are 750mm,feed 2.5kg/s,flywheel speed 80r/min,and the optimum value of the density of the bales is 165.8 kg/m^3 to meet the requirements of using.
