摘    要:我国收割机普及程度较高,但整体技术较为落后,自动化水平有待提升。嵌入式技术是在计算机基础上发展起来的新型技术,可以用于对农业机械和设施的运行状况进行监控。为此,基于嵌入式技术设计了收割机的电子监控系统,用于对收割机作业参数和运行状况进行监控。系统以嵌入式微处理器为核心,由监控终端设备和各种嵌入式部件组成。在对水稻和小麦的收割试验中,系统运行稳定;在系统的辅助操作下,收割机作业过程顺利流畅,作业效率随着行驶速度的增加而稳步提高。结果表明:该系统可以降低收割机的故障率,提高自动化水平。

Abstract:Harvesting is an important part of crop production. Harvesting machines in our country have a high degree of popularization. However, the overall technology is backward and the level of automation needs to be improved. Embedded technology is a new technology developed on the basis of computers that can be used to monitor the health of agricultural machinery and facilities. Based on the embedded technology, this paper designs a harvester's electronic monitoring system, which is used to monitor the operating parameters and operating conditions of the harvester. System to embedded microprocessor as the core, by the monitoring terminal equipment and a variety of embedded components. In the rice and wheat harvest trials, the system is stable. Under the auxiliary operation of the system, the working process of the harvester is smooth and smooth, and the working efficiency steadily increases as the traveling speed increases. The results show that the system can reduce the failure rate of harvesters and improve the level of automation.
