自动化控制技术在拖拉机上的应用研究

摘    要:为进一步提高拖拉机的田间作业效率和拖拉机整机的作业性能,利用自动化控制技术,针对混合动力驱动控制的拖拉机控制系统进行改进。通过深入理解拖拉机的工作原理及特点,融入扰动观测机理、双重功率流理论和闭环调节功能,针对拖拉机的导航控制、变速设置和智能显示三大模块进行智能优化。测试结果表明:优化后的拖拉机导航系统误差率可降低2. 4%,变速控制灵敏度由89. 50%提高至92. 80%,智能显示准确率提高13. 67%,整车综合作业效率提高22. 26%。此结果表明:基于自动化控制技术的拖拉机控制改善效果可行,可为其他农用机械改进提供一定思路,具有较强的实际参考价值。

Abstract:In order to further improve the field work efficiency and job performance of the tractor,the hybrid electric drive control system of the tractor was improved by using automatic control technology.Through the thorough understanding of the working principle and characteristics of the tractor,then integrated the disturbance observation mechanism,the dual power flow theory and the closed loop regulation function,three major modules of the tractor were analyzed and optimized one by one,which were the navigation control,the variable speed setting and the intelligent display,then the intelligent test was made,and it was concluded that the tractor navigation system error rate could be reduced by 2.4%and variable speed control sensitivity could be increased from 89.50%to 92.80%,intelligent display accuracy increased by 13.67%,and the vehicle integrated efficiency increased by 22.26%after the optimization,the results showed that the effect of the tractor control improvement was feasible based on automatic control technology,which not only could provide some ideas for other agricultural machinery,but also would be strong practical reference value.
