摘    要:为解决果园作业的机械化程度低和人工劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种多功能全液压果园作业平台。该平台采用全液压四轮驱动,双轮和四轮2种转向模式增强了行走能力、减小了转弯半径,适宜于复杂地形;采用了剪叉式升降机构和可展开式工作台,满足了不同高度和不同株距果树的果实采摘、果枝修剪的需求。同时,设计了调平机构实现平台坡地作业时工作台始终处于水平状态,且前、后两端安装果箱升降装置,便于装卸与运输。对样机进行性能试验,结果表明:其最大负载下行走速度为1.94m/s,最小转弯半径为3m,最大举升高度为2.4 3 m,最大作业宽幅为3 m,调平最大误差1.5°,采摘效率为0.4 2 hm2/h,满足果园作业使用要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the degree of mechanization and reduce the labour intensity,this multi-function full hydraulic orchard platform was designed.The platform uses four all-hydraulic wheels drive and has two-wheel and four wheels steering mode.These enhance the ability of running and decrease the turning radius to walk flexibly on varied topography.This platform can pick fruits and prune branches for different height and distance trees by shears-fork lifting equipment and expandable platform.The leveling mechanism can keep the service platform in level while it works on sloping fields.Besides,Its front and rear have lifting equipments for boxes to stevedore and transport conveniently.The model machine test indicates:the walking speed under the maximum load is 1.94m/s,the minimum turning radius is3m,the lifting height will be 2.43m,the working width will be 3m,the maximum error of leveling is 1.5°,picking efficiency is 0.42hm2/h.All data meet the working requirements.
