甘蔗收获切割系统动力学仿真模型

摘    要:由于缺少考虑根土因素影响,目前甘蔗收获切割系统动力学仿真模型精度较低。为此,首先以4GZQ-260型甘蔗收获机切割器为研究对象,通过光滑粒子流体动力学(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics)和有限元方法(Finite Element Method)的耦合方法,建立甘蔗茎秆-根系-土壤-切割器系统动力学仿真模型,通过对茎秆-根系-土壤系统和茎秆-切割器系统动力学仿真模型进行试验,验证所建立的收获切割系统仿真模型建模方法的合理性。结果表明:建立的甘蔗茎秆-根系-土壤-切割器系统动力学仿真模型精度较高,该系统构建方法可用于甘蔗收获切割的动力学仿真研究。

Abstract:Due to the lack of consideration the influence of root and soil factors,the current dynamic simulation model of harvesting and cutting system in sugarcane field is low.Therefore,this paper first takes the 4GZQ-260 sugarcane harvester cutter as the research object,a coupling simulation method of smooth particle hydrodynamics and finite element method was used to establish the simulation model of sugar cane stem-root-soil-cutter system dynamics.Then the dynamic simulation models of sugarcane-soil system and sugarcane culm-cutter system were established and verified.Finally,the rationality of the modeling method of field cutting system simulation model was verified.The results showed that the accuracy of the system dynamics simulation model of sugarcane stem-root-soil cutter system was high,and the construction method of the system can be applied to the dynamic simulation research of sugarcane harvest in the field.
