轻简型半自动移栽机的设计及试验

针对中等规模农户使用需求,设计开发了一种电动的轻简型半自动移栽机。该机主要由电动底盘、接苗部件、栽植部件和控制系统组成,具有电力驱动、升降栽植、行距变换及栽植频率自动匹配等功能。田间试验表明:样机的续航里程至少为1. 05km,续航时间至少为2h,满足续航设计要求;漏栽率均低于4%、倒伏率均低于6%,株距变异系数均小于4%,栽植深度合格率均大于82%,栽植合格率均大于90%,栽植株距和栽植深度稳定,各项性能指标符合旱地栽植机械国家标准。

Design and Test of Lightweight Semi-automatic Transplanter

To meet the needs of medium-sized farmers,we have designed and developed an electric light and simple semi-automatic transplanter.The machine is mainly composed of electric chassis,seedling components,planting components and control system.It has the functions of electric drive,lifting and planting,row spacing conversion and automatic matching of planting frequency.Prototype field trials show that the cruising range of the prototype is at least 1.05km,and the battery life is at least 2 hours to meet the design requirements of the battery life.The leakage rate was less than 4%,the lodging rate was less than 6%,the variation coefficient of plant spacing was less than 4%,the planting depth qualification rate was more than 82%,the planting qualification rate was more than 90%,planting distance and planting depth were stable.The performance index is in line with the national standards for dryland planting machinery and the transplanting performance is stable.
