烤烟旋耕起垄打塘机研究与试制

我国是世界上最大的烤烟种植国之一,但烤烟移栽效率低、人工成本高等弊端制约着烤烟行业的发展,烤烟种植全程机械化已成为烤烟行业的发展趋势,而在烤烟生产全程机械化过程中,旋耕起垄打塘占有重要地位。旋耕起垄打塘是保证烤烟生长的关键环节,整地质量的好坏直接影响到烤烟的产量。目前,国内缺乏专门用于烤烟整地的多功能复合机具,而现有的整地机具存在作业功能单一、作业效率低等问题。为此,设计了一种专门用于烤烟旋耕打塘起垄三位一体的复合机具,与现有旋耕起垄机相比,其增加了打塘功能,作业量和作业效率得到提升,达到了烤烟耕作精细的农艺要求。本文运用CTIA进行三维建模,利用ANSYS对机架进行受力分析,并通过田间试验,对打塘机的作业情况及能否满足烟草种植的农艺要求,进行测量和评估。

A Study and Development of Flue-cured Tobacco Ridge Tillage Machine Tang

China is one of the world's largest tobacco planting, but the disadvantages of our transplanting of low efficiency and high labor costs restrict the development of tobacco industry, tobacco planting mechanization will become the development trend of tobacco industry, and in the flue-cured tobacco production mechanization process, ridge tillage play pond occupies an important position. Ridge tillage play pond is a key step to ensure the growth of flue-cured tobacco, soil quality directly affects the yield of flue-cured tobacco. At present, there is a lack of multifunctional composite machines used for soil preparation in flue-cured tobacco fields in China. However, the existing soil preparation machines have the problems of single operation function and low operation efficiency. To solve the above problems, this paper studies a kind of special equipment for composite rotary tillage ridging three-in-one flue-cured tobacco play pond, compared with the existing rotary tillage ridging machine, increase the amount of homework and playing pool function, improve operation efficiency, meet the agronomic requirements of fine tobacco cultivation. Three dimensional modeling is carried out by using CTIA, and the force analysis of the rack is carried out by using ANSYS. Through field test, the operation condition of the beating pond machine can be satisfied and the agronomic requirements of tobacco planting can be measured and evaluated.
