东方红-354拖拉机振动特性研究

摘    要:为了提高拖拉机操作性能,改善其乘坐舒适性,以拖拉机振动特性检测与分析为突破口,测试了其静态及不同路面条件下的动态振动加速度,并对其强度、分布以及变化规律进行分析。结果表明:在装置静态速度逐渐增大的过程中,排气筒位置和驾驶座底板的振动强度会急剧增加,增速明显高于装置的其他区域;在动态低速状态下,引起拖拉机振动的主要原因是路面不平整;而处于动态高速状态时,振动主要由发动机引起,沙土路面反而起到减振作用。此研究可为拖拉机结构设计和优化研究提供有力的理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to improve the operating performance of tractor and riding comfort, this study focus on the detection and analysis of vibration. The vibration acceleration under static and dynamic status with different pavement conditions was tested, and accordingly the intensity, distribution and varying pattern were also analysed. The results showed that the vent position and vibration intensity of driver’s floor increase significantly with the increasing tractor speed, and the growth rate was significantly higher than the value at the other areas of the tractor. At low speeds, uneven pavement led to the vibration of tractor;at high speeds, the vibration of tractor was mainly caused by engine;sand pavement was provided with the ability of reducing vibration. This study provides powerful theoretical basis and technical support for structure design and optimization study of tractor.
