基于离散元的倾斜圆盘勺式大豆排种器仿真优化

摘    要:为提高倾斜圆盘排种器的排种性能,以中黄39大豆种子的物料学特性为基础,对该型排种器的充种、清种过程进行研究,得出其垂直倾角及工作转速是影响排种器工作性能的两个重要因素。利用离散元软件EDEM进行仿真研究,设计了二次回归正交旋转组合试验,运用SPSS软件进行试验数据处理,以排种器合格指数、重播指数和漏播指数作为排种器性能的评价指标,分别建立其与排种器垂直倾角、工作转速的回归方程。运用MatLab中非线性优化fmincon函数,获得该型排种器最优参数组合为垂直倾角1 9.5°、工作转速4 6.7 r/min时,合格率为97.28%,重播率为1.98%,漏播率为0.74%。

Abstract:In order to improve the seed-discharging performance of the declined disc-scoop-type seed metering device, based on the material properties of the soybean seed(Zhonghuang 39), the seed filling and cleaning process of the type seed metering device were studied. The vertical angle and working speed of the seed metering device were two important factors affecting the performance of the seed metering device. Using the discrete element software EDEM for simulation research, two regression orthogonal rotation combination tests are designed, and SPSS software is used to process the test data. The evaluation index of seed metering device qualification index, replay index and leakage index is used as the evaluation index of the performance of the seed metering device, and the regression equation of the vertical angle and working speed of the seed metering device is established respectively,and the nonlinear optimization of the fmincon function in MATLAB was used to obtain the optimal parameter combination of the metering device with a vertical inclination of 19.5° and a working speed of 46.7 r/min. The qualification rate was 97.28%, the replay rate was 1.98%, and the missed rate was 0.74%.
