摘    要:国产切纵流水稻联合收割机切流滚筒脱粒过程中存在喂入不畅及振动较大等问题,通过对切流滚筒结构进行静力学和模态分析得知,切流滚筒的结构强度满足设计要求,但工作转速760~800r/min频率位于第1阶固有频率14.51Hz的0.8~1.2倍共振区内。为此,设计了一种具有伸缩脱粒元件的偏心切流滚筒结构,并在ANSYS软件中进行了静力学仿真及轴端约束模态分析,结果表明:所设计的偏心切流滚筒结构强度满足要求,偏心切流滚筒的转速频率12.67~13.33Hz,小于偏心切流滚筒的第1阶固有频率25.59Hz;同时,偏心切流滚筒重心产生的力矩平衡了7.2%的茎秆对切流滚筒产生的阻力矩。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that threshing process is not smooth and vibration is strong when the tangential flow cylinder of domestic tangential and longitudinal rice combine harvester is under working condition. We can see that the structural strength of the tangential flow cylinder meets the design requirements through the static finite element analysis and modal analysis of the structure, but the working speed(760~800r / min-1) is located in 0.8 to 1.2 times resonance region of first order natural frequency(14.51Hz). Therefore, a kind of eccentric tangential flow cylinder with telescopic threshing element is designed in this paper. Afterwards we know that the structural strength of the tangential flow cylinder meets the design requirements through making statics simulation and modal analysis with end restraint in ANSYS workbench. Eccentric tangential flow cylinder’s speed frequency(12.67~13.33Hz) is less than its first order natural frequency(25.59Hz). Meanwhile, the torque generated by cylinder’s weight balances 7.2 percent of the resisting moment produced by the stem.
