摘    要:为改进农业设备内部构件,对应用广泛的减速装置进行结构优化。根据工作场合及性能要求,对行星齿轮减速装置结构组成与工作原理进行分析,选取核心技术参数,建立正确的理论模型,并加入群体空间算法,通过UG软件绘制减速装置核心部件三维模型。同时,通过ANSYS软件进行有效衔接进行轴系与箱体的模态分析试验,得出减速装置的各阶振型与应力分布云图。试验结果表明:结构优化后行星齿轮减速装置核心参数(如阻尼比、固有频率等)指标均有所提升,准确避开应力集中区域,整体模态柔度均度得到优化。此思路可为其他类似减速装置结构设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to improve the internal components of the agricultural equipment, the structure of the widely used decelerator is optimized.According to the workplace and performance requirements, we fully understood structure composition and working principle of the planetary gear speed reducer, selected the core technology parameters, established the correct theoretical model, and joined the group space algorithm, then the 3D-model of the core parts of the deceleration device were obtained by using the UG software, the modal analysis test of the shaft system and the box body was carried out to obtain the different modes of vibration and stress distribution. with the ANAYS software effectively.And test showed: after structure optimization, planetary gear speed reducer core parameters such as damping ratio and natural frequency, etc.) are improved, the stress concentration area were avoided accurately, and the overall degree of modal flexibility are optimized, the modern CAE theory was effectively combined with the actual design of the decelerator, this way of thinking can provide some reference for the structure design of other similar deceleration device.
