酿酒葡萄覆膜埋藤机的设计与分析

摘    要:为解决新疆酿酒葡萄人工埋藤劳动强度大及效率低的问题,针对酿酒葡萄免埋土越冬的埋藤方式,设计了一种适合新疆酿酒葡萄种植模式的覆膜埋藤机。阐述了该埋藤机的结构和工作原理,分别对埋藤机的铺膜装置、旋耕输送覆土装置进行了设计。通过对覆土圆盘进行受力分析,验证了其结构设计的合理性,并对刮板输送带进行输土性能分析,确定了刮板输土量的影响因素。该研究为解决新疆酿酒葡萄机械化埋藤作业提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency of artificial burying vine for wine grape in Xinjiang, based on the mode of overwintering without burying soil, a kind of film laminating and vine burying machine suitable for wine grape planting mode in Xinjiang was designed. The structure and working principle of the vine burying machine were expounded, and the film mulching device and rotary tillage soil conveying and covering device were designed respectively. The rationality of the structure designed was verified by the force analysis of the soil covered disc, while the influencing factors of soil conveying capacity of scraper were determined by the analysis of soil conveying performance of scraper conveyor belt. The study provides a reference for solving the mechanized vine burying operation of wine grape in Xinjiang.
