红枣采收激振器的设计与运动仿真

摘    要:为了降低人工采收成本,提高红枣的收获效率,促进红枣机械化收获方式及红枣产业的健康发展,设计了一种由3个偏心块为动力源的激振器。该激振器采用液压马达驱动,利用同步带轮驱动偏心块转动产生的离心力力偶做功使激振器的壳体振动。对壳体进行受力分析和运动形式的理论分析,并利用Solid Works软件建立激振器的三维模型,导入ADAMS软件中进行无阻尼仿真分析,通过受力分析和理论分析证明壳体的运动规律符合简谐运动。仿真结果表明:壳体的运动规律与理论分析基本一致,验证了阻尼装置是激振器不可缺少的一部分。本研究可为红枣收获机激振装置的设计提供理论基础和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of artificial harvesting, improve the harvesting efficiency of jujube and promote the healthy development of jujube mechanized harvesting methods and jujube industry. A vibration exciter with three eccentric blocks as power source was designed. The vibration exciter driven by a hydraulic motor. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block driven by the timing belt pulley couples the vibration of the vibration exciter to the shell of the exciter. The force analysis and the movement form of the vibration case are analyzed, and the SolidWorks is used to establish the 3D model of the exciter. The three-dimensional model is stored in the ADAMS for undamped simulation analysis . The simulation results show that the movement law of the shell is basically the same as the theoretical analysis, which is harmonic motion. It is also verified that the damping device is an indispensable part of the exciter. This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the design of the excitation device for jujube harvester.
