摘    要:为满足精准农业与智能农机装备发展需求,针对当前国产稻麦收获机械参数监测与控制功能单一、智能化程度低和适应性差等问题,研制了一种基于CAN总线的稻麦联合收获机械作业与工况参数监控系统。介绍了监控系统的运行环境、软件架构、硬件组成、相关协议,以及作业与控制参数归类方法,实现了联合收获机械1 2 8个作业和工况参数的数据显示与工作模式控制。车间调试与田间试验表明:该监控系统能实现稻麦联合收获机械作业参数和工况参数的实时显示,系统稳定可靠,操作方便。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the development of precision agriculture and intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment, in view of the current problems of domestic rice and wheat combined harvester parameter monitoring and control of single function, low intelligence and poor adaptability, developing a combined harvesting mechanical operation and operating parameters monitoring system based on CAN bus. This paper introduces the operating environment of monitoring system, software architecture, hardware components, related protocols and operating and control parameters of the classification method to achieve the combined harvesting machinery about 128 conditions and operating parameters of the data display and operating mode control. The workshop and the field trial commissioning showed that the monitoring system can realize the real-time display of operating parameters and operating parameters of rice-wheat combine harvester , the system is stable and reliable, and it is convenient for drivers to operate the system.
