小型固态有机肥施肥机的设计

摘    要:有机肥的使用有利于实现农业生产的可持续发展。为了普及有机肥的使用,主要针对小农经济模式下的山地丘陵地貌的小型分散耕地上的施肥作业,设计了一款小型固态有机肥施肥机。本设计主要特点是在机具行走移动过程中,施肥量不因行走速度而改变,始终保证施肥量为预设值。试验结果表明:机具实际施肥量与预设值误差较小,满足使用需求。

Abstract:Applying for organic fertilizer conducives to sustainable development of agricultural production. In order to popularize the application of organic fertilizer, this paper presents the design of a portable applicator for solid organic fertilizer. It is focusing on small-scale produsing and hilly area.The most important feture is to make the applied quality of fertilizer stable when it is moving. According to our test result, the real-time quality of fertilizer applied on the field is quite close to the default value and it works well.
