自平衡精量施药施肥植保机的设计与试验

摘    要:针对施药施肥植保机喷杆不平衡、施肥幅宽小及施肥量不均等问题,设计了一种自平衡精量施药施肥植保机。通过折叠机构、伸缩机构、平衡机构的设计,提高了植保机施肥幅宽;通过GPS定位,对行作业,实现不重施或漏施药肥;根据采集的机具速度,系统自动计算施药施肥量,通过控制药液的流量阀控制施药量,通过气力输送系统和送料量调节机构中容留槽的容留量来控制施肥量,使其与车速波动相匹配以达到精确施药施肥的目的。对植保机进行场地试验和田间试验,结果显示:施肥幅宽达16m,喷嘴排量一致性变异系数10.47%,施药施肥均匀性变异系数23.9%,均优于农业标准,作业效率4~5hm^2/h。

Abstract:In view of the imbalance of fertilizer and pesticide applying machine spray rod, small fertilization width, and unequal fertilization rates, we designed a self balancing precise compound fertilizer and pesticide applying machine. Self balancing precise fertilizer and pesticide applying machine is mainly composed of self balancing folding telescopic fertilization system, fertilizer and pesticide applying control system and high gap of chassis power system. Through the design of folding mechanism, scaling mechanism, balance mechanism, to improve the machine width;Through GPS positioning, to do line work, achieving no repeat or leak of fertilizer and pesticide applying;According to the acquired machine speed, the system automatically calculates fertilizer and pesticide applying by controlling the flow valve to control the pesticide, through the pneumatic conveying system and delivery rate of regulating mechanism in the tank to control the amount of fertilizer, making it match the speed fluctuation in order to achieve the purpose of precise fertilizer and pesticide applying;For field test, the results showed that fertilization for 16 meters in length, the coefficient of uniformity coefficient of nozzle displacement is 10.47%, the uniformity coefficient of fertilizer and pesticide applying is 23.9%, the indexes are superior to the agricultural standard, and the operating efficiency is 60-75mu /h.
