摘    要:由于我国甘蔗大部分种植在丘陵地带,蔗地地势起伏变化较大,导致切割器切割甘蔗时出现过切或漏切以及甘蔗收获中出现收割损失大的情况。为此,对影响切割器负载压力的因素进行进一步研究,结合前课题组的研究理论分析出其影响因素有刀盘倾角、入土深度、刀盘转速、进给速度和甘蔗密度。采用ANSYS软件对刀盘倾角进行仿真分析,并通过Doehlert matrix设计试验方法进行物理试验研究,寻找最优模型关系式,最终建立切刀负载压力与影响因素之间的数学模型,为后续自动控制系统的研发打下基础。

Abstract:Owing to most of the sugarcane is planted in the hilly area of our country,the change of the topography of the sugarcane field is larger,which leads to the occurrence of over cut or cut off in the cutting of sugarcane,and the large loss of the harvest.In this paper,the factors affecting the load pressure of the cutter are further studied,the theoretical analysis shows that the influence factors include the inclination of the cutter head,the depth of penetration,the speed of the cutter head,the feed rate and the density of sugarcane.Using ANSYS software for different cutter speed and feed speed were simulated,and through the doehlert matrix experiment design method,find the relation between a certain degree of confidence based on the mathematical model of the eventual establishment of cutter load pressure and buried depth of cut relations,for the subsequent automatic control system research and development foundation.
