基于ANSYS的拖拉机液压气动系统结构设计和仿真

摘    要:由于重型拖拉机的吨位和自动化程度较高,其动力和刹车系统使用了较多的气动液压装置。液压缸是液压气动传动系统的核心部件,其结构较为复杂,要求强度和硬度、稳定性和使用寿命等较高。但是,液压缸体的设计和结构分析较为复杂,为了提高设计效率、降低设计成本,将ANSYS有限元分析软件和Pro/E建模软件应用到了拖拉机气动液压缸的结构分析过程中。根据拖拉机气动柱塞液压缸的基本结构,利用Pro/E软件对液压缸缸体进行了三维建模,并运用ANSYS对液压缸工作在最大气压下进行了有限元分析,得出了缸体在固有频率为1阶和2阶时的应变分布,为液压缸体的结构优化提供了重要的数据参考。

Abstract:Due to the high tonnage heavy-duty tractor and the degree of automation,its power and brake system using more pneumatic hydraulic device,the hydraulic cylinder is the core component of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission system,its structure is more complex,the requirements on strength and hardness,high stability and service life etc..But the design and structure analysis of hydraulic cylinder is more complex. In order to improve design efficiency and save design cost,ANSYS finite element analysis software and Pro/E modeling software are applied to the structure analysis of tractor pneumatic hydraulic cylinder. Finally,according to the basic structure of tractor pneumatic plunger of the hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic cylinder is modeled by Pro/E software,and the application of ANSYS in hydraulic cylinder of finite element analysis in the maximum pressure,the cylinder in the natural frequency of one order and two order strain distribution,provides important data the reference for the structure optimization of the hydraulic cylinder,thus saving the design cost more.
