摘    要:为了减轻化肥在施用中的环境污染问题,改善作物的生长环境,提高化肥的利用率,结合中华人民共和国机械行业标准和施肥的农业技术要求,研制了一种能够自动配比肥料的智能化精密播种机,即2BZD-2型智能免耕电动播种机的施肥机构,并确定了各主要工作部件的最佳参数。在控制系统上,技术核心为微处理器技术与传感器技术,可实现排肥机构的实时、自动、单一变量控制。田间试验表明:该机具性能良好,各项指标均满足中耕作物精密播种机械行业标准和精密播种机技术条件,各项变异系数均远小于国家标准,且满足各项农艺要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce the environmental pollution in the application of chemical fertilizers, improve the growth environment of crops and improve the utilization rate of fertilizers, this paper, in combination with the agricultural industry standard of the People's Republic of China and the agricultural technology requirements of fertilization, developed a kind of intelligent Precision seeding machine, that is, 2BZD-2-type intelligent no-tillage electric planter fertilization institutions, and to determine the main components of the best parameters. In the control system, the core of its technology for the microprocessor technology and sensor technology, can achieve real-time fertilizer, automatic, single variable control. The experimental results show that the performance of the equipment is good, and the indexes meet the technical standard of precision sowing machinery and the technical conditions of precision planter. The technical conditions of the cultivator of 2BZD-2 type intelligent no-tillage electric planter are designed. The coefficient of variation is far less than the national standard, and meet the agronomic requirements.
