果树自动刮皮收集装置设计

近年来,我国果树病虫害的发病率随着果树种植行业迅速发展及种植面积的不断扩大,而逐年增高,不仅严重影响了果实的产量及品质,也影响了果树的寿命。刮除病虫害组织是防治病虫害的有效措施之一。为此,设计了一种果树自动刮皮收集装置,主要由动力机构、刀具、清洁机构和收集机构4部分组成,以小型电动机为动力源。在该装置中,设计了一种双刀具布局的新型刀具,并增加了对刀具的清洁机构,提高了工作效率。在此基础上,配置了收集机构,对切削的树皮屑进行收集,减少了果树的二次污染。该果树自动刮皮收集装置能有效地降低了果树病虫害的发病率,且能够提高工作效率和节省劳动力,可为果农带来显著的经济效益。

Design of the Automatic Skin Scraping Collection Device for Fruit Trees

In recent years,the incidence of diseases and pests of fruit trees in China has increased year by year as the fruit planting industry has grown rapidly and the planting area has continued to expand.This has not only seriously affected the yield and quality of fruits,but also affected the life span of fruit trees.In this paper,a fruit tree scraper automatic scraper collection device is designed,which consists of four parts:power mechanism,cutting tool,cleaning mechanism and collection mechanism.The small motor is used as power source.In this device,designed a new tool with a double cutter layout,which increases the cleaning mechanism of the cutter and improves the working efficiency.On this basis,a collecting device is also arranged to collect the cut bark and reduce the secondary pollution of the fruit tree.The automatic fruit scraping collection device of the fruit tree can effectively reduce the incidence of diseases and pests of fruit trees,and can improve the efficiency of work and save labor,and can bring significant economic benefits to the fruit growers.
