摘    要:摘锭是水平摘锭式采棉机的核心部件,是决定棉花采摘效率与采净率的关键因素之一,其形态布局合理性直接影响采摘性能。进口摘锭虽然有较好的工作性能,但是价格高且维修困难,因此摘锭的国产化迫在眉睫。为此,根据机构组合与变异方法对摘锭形态进行变异演化,提出新形态摘锭,并对新形态摘锭数字化建模,然后通过有限元分析软件对新形态摘锭进行分析,将分析结果与现役摘锭作对比,为国产化摘锭的设计研究提供了基础。

Abstract:The spindle is the core part of the horizontal spindle picker.It is one of the key factors that determine the efficiency and the net rate of cotton picking.The rationality of its configuration has a direct impact on the picking performance.Imported spindle has better job performance,but the price is high and maintenance is difficult,therefore,the localization of spindle is imminent,therefore,in this paper according to the mechanism combination variation method was carried out on the spindle shape variation and evolution,put forward new form spindle,spindle using UG to new form digital modeling,and through the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze new form spindle,contrast,analysis results and active spindle for localization of the basis for the design of spindle.
