摘    要:为筛选出适合种子生产的花椰菜花粉保存方式,提高授粉效率,采用常温保湿(处理A)、低温(处理B)和低温冷冻(处理C)3种方法保存花粉,分别在蕾期和花期进行授粉,比较不同保存方式下的花粉对结荚率和平均籽粒数的影响。结果表明:3种保存方式随着保存时间的增加,授粉效果降低,处理C降低的速度最慢,生产实践中可采用低温冷冻的方法短期保存花粉,效果较好且简便易行,同时保证了结籽率。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to find out suitable pollen preservation methods for seed production of cauliflower, and improve the efficiency of pollination, three methods of normal temperature moisturizing (treatment A), low temperature (treatment B) and low temperature freezing (treatment C) were used to preserve the pollen, and pollination was carried out in bud stage and flowering stage. The effects of different preservation methods on the pod setting rate and average grain number were compared. The results showed that with the increasing of preservation time, the pollination effect was reduced, and the reduction rate of treatment C was the slowest. In the production, the method of low temperature freezing could be used for short term preservation of pollen, which had a good effect and was easy to operate, and the seed setting rate was guaranteed at the same time.
