航空静电雾滴荷质比影响因素研究

摘    要:航空静电喷雾技术的优势在于可提高雾滴喷洒均匀性和雾滴穿透力,有助于减少雾滴飘移,提高药液利用效率。通过以往的试验发现:荷质比大的雾滴能够到达植物叶片背面的几率更大,作业效果更好。因此,提高喷雾雾滴的荷质比成为静电喷雾技术领域的重要研究内容。利用人工神经网络的BP模型,模拟出温度、湿度、电极环直径、静电电压及喷头流量等5个因素对雾滴荷质比的影响,并通过试验数据和模拟试验所得数据,利用SPSS软件建立数学模型,从而为设计静电喷头的最优工作参数和结构参数方案提供参考。

Abstract:The advantage of aerial electrostatic spray technology is that it can improve the uniformity of droplet spray and the increase of droplet penetration, which can help to reduce the droplet drift and improve the efficiency of liquid use. Through the previous experimental rules, it is found that the mass ratio of the droplets can reach the back of the plant leaves, and the operation effect is better. Therefore, it is an important research content in the field of electrostatic spray. In this study, the influence of five factors, such as temperature, humidity, electrode ring diameter, electrostatic voltage and nozzle flow, on the droplet mass ratio was simulated by BP model of artificial neural network. And through the experimental data and simulation test data, the use of spss software to establish mathematical models. Which can provide reference for the design of the optimal working parameters and structural parameters of the electrostatic nozzle.
