摘    要:变速箱是重型履带拖拉机的核心部件,随着现代拖拉机吨位和速度的不断提高,对变速箱齿轮的要求越来越高。为了提高拖拉机变速箱齿轮设计的效率和准确性,将ANSYS有限元分析引入到了拖拉机齿轮设计过程中,并建立了齿轮接触的三维有限元模型,采用自由网格对网格进行了划分,并设置接触体后对齿轮的接触载荷和固有频率特性进行了有限元数值计算,得到了应力分布和固有频率特征数据。为了验证有限元计算的可靠性,以齿轮的失效性检验为例,采用实际检测和有限元分析计算两种方法对失效性进行了测试,结果表明:采用实际检测和有限元分析的结果吻合,从而验证了有限元分析的可靠性。

Abstract:The gearbox is the core part of the heavy caterpillar tractor.With the continuous improvement of the tonnage and speed of modern tractors,the demand for gearbox gear is getting higher and higher.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design of the tractor transmission gear,it introduced the ANSYS finite element analysis into the design of the tractor gear,and the three-dimensional finite element model of the gear contact is set up.The free mesh is used to divide the mesh,and the contact load and natural frequency characteristic of the gear wheel are set after the contact body is set up.It carried out the finite element numerical calculation,and obtained the characteristic data of stress distribution and natural frequency.In order to verify the reliability of the finite element calculation,taking the test of gear failure as an example,it used two methods of actual detection and finite element analysis to test the failure.The results show that the results of actual detection and finite element analysis are in agreement,thus the reliability of the finite element analysis is verified.
