农业废弃物花生壳热解气化利用研究

摘    要:探讨了农业废弃物花生壳作为生物质能利用的可能性。在实验室对花生壳进行热解试验,揭示了花生壳热解产气规律。结果表明,花生壳热解产生的两种主要可燃气:氢气浓度随着热解温度的升高迅速增加,当温度为1 000℃时氢气浓度47%;甲烷浓度随热解温度的升高而显著升高,并在700℃时有最大值,随后降低。同时,利用化学一级反应动力学模型计算得到花生壳热解气化动力学参数活化能E=53. 11k J/mol。

Abstract:This work discusses the possibility of the peanut shell which is used as a kind of biomass energy.The agricultural waste,peanut shell,is studied in a lab fixed bed to research the pyrolysis characteristic.The general principle of gas yield of the peanut shell pyrolysis is revealed and the obtained results show that peanut shells pyrolysis of two main types of combustible gas are generated.Hydrogen concentration increase with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,when the temperature is 1000℃,the hydrogen concentration is 47%.Methane concentrations significantly increase along with the rise of pyrolysis temperature,and have the maximum value at 700℃,then decrease.The parameters of the pyrolysis process are calculated using the first order reaction kinetics model,the activation energy of reaction E is 53.11kJ/mol.
