链齿耙式耕层残膜回收机捡拾机构的设计

随着作物覆膜种植技术的逐年使用,土地中残膜残留污染越来越严重,机械化回收残膜势在必行。捡拾机构是残膜回收机关键部件,收膜效果受捡拾率影响最大。为此,针对现有残膜回收机捡拾机构捡拾效率低、耕层碎膜不易捡拾及捡拾部件可靠性差等问题,设计了一种链齿耙式残膜回收机捡拾机构。对该机构的设计方案及其工作原理进行阐述,对起膜铲、链齿耙及弹齿等主要零部件进行结构、尺寸及排布的设计优化。田间试验结果表明:该机构的残膜捡拾率大于90%,符合设计要求。

Design of Pick-up Mechanism for the Chain-teeth-rake Topsoil Incomplete Plastic Film Recycling Machine

With the annual use of crop plastic covering techniques, the plastic residues pollution in the land are becoming more and more serious, mechanized incomplete plastic film recycling is imperative. Finally, verify the machine to pick up the results,carry on the field trials, the mechanism incomplete plastic film pick-up rate of more than 90%.
