采棉机核心部件数控加工工艺设计优化

摘    要:为有效提升采棉机结构组成的紧凑性与实用性,利用数控加工方法与理论对其核心部件进行加工工艺设计优化与仿真。依照采棉机不同工作需求及采摘棉花的物理特性,对其结构组成与工作原理进行系统理解,为采棉机加装采棉过程智能监控装置实现可控目标;对采棉机核心部件实体参数建模,避开零部件作业共振区域,采用制造特征工艺重组与优化的数控加工工艺理念,建立优化设计理论模型,依照结构化工艺设计流程,导入加工仿真软件,通过加工参数控制与给定,实现模拟仿真。此优化思路清晰,对于采棉机实体加工提供可靠的参考依据,同时为其他农用采摘机具改进提供了思路与方向。

Abstract:In order to effectively enhance the compactness and practicability of the structure of the cotton-picking machine, the NC machining method and theory were used to optimize and simulate the machining process of its core components. According to the different job requirements of the cotton-picking machine and the physical properties of picking cotton to whole understand its structure and working principle, cotton-picking machine was installed the intelligent monitoring device for cotton picking process to achieve the controllable target;entity parametric modeling of cotton-picking machine core parts, then avoiding the resonance region of the working parts, using the manufacturing characteristics of process restructuring and the optimization NC machining process, optimization design theory model was set up, according to the structured process design process, importing the process simulation software, controlling and giving by processing parameters, the simulation were realized. This optimization idea was clear, it would provide a reliable reference for the solid processing of the cotton-picking machine, and provides ideas and directions for the improvement of other agricultural picking equipment.
