盘式热风与红外联合干燥机设计与试验

摘    要:将热风干燥与红外干燥相结合,设计了一种盘式热风与红外联合干燥机及配套控制系统。应用在线称重技术和机器视觉技术,设计了自动称重系统和图像提取系统,可实现干燥过程中物料含水率与色泽的实时检测。以冬枣片(厚度为5mm)为物料,在风速2.5m/s、不同风温(55、65、75℃)干燥条件下进行性能试验,获得了实验条件下冬枣片干燥过程中含水率与色泽(L*、a*、b*、△Ε*)的实时变化曲线。

Abstract:Combining hot air drying with infrared drying,a disc type hot air and infrared drying machine and its control system are designed. Using online weighing technology and machine vision technology,automatic weighing system and image extraction system are designed to realize the real-time detection of moisture content and color in drying process. In winter jujube slices( 5 mm thickness) as material in the wind 2. 5 m/s,different air temperature( 55 C,65 C and 75 C)performance test was carried out under dry conditions,the moisture content and the color of winter jujube slices drying process under the experimental conditions in( L*,a*,b*,the E*) real time curve.
