摘    要:针对粮食干燥机换热器存在的烟气分布不均匀、换热量小、换热效率低及能源利用率低等问题,基于强化传热理论对传统的逆流列管式换热器进行创新设计研究。为此,设计出一种可以增加壳程高温烟气扰流的旋转叶片机构,适用于大批量粮食干燥机的旋转管壳式换热器,并进行了三维建模、运动仿真和有限元分析。结果表明:该机构改善了高温烟气在壳程内的分布,10r/min换热器传热性能优于0r/min换热器,壳程换热系数提高了60.5%。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the gas distribution is uneven, the heat transfer is small, the heat transfer efficiency is low, and the energy utilization rate is low of traditional countercurrent tube heat exchangers, innovative design countercurrent tube heat exchanger based on heat transfer enhancement theory. A rotating blade mechanism, which can increase the high temperature fume flow of the shell range, is designed for large quantity grain dryers in rotating tube shell heat exchanger. Three dimensional model is set up, motion simulation and finite element analysis are carried out. The results show that the distribution of high temperature flue gas in the shell side is improved, the heat transfer performance of 10r/m heat exchanger is better than that of 0r/min heat exchanger and the shell side heat transfer coefficient is increased by 60.5%.
