摘    要:基于目前农牧业干燥装置太阳能利用率低、自动化程度不高的状况,研究了一种新型太阳能-辅助加热的干燥系统。针对该系统,设计以STC89C52单片机为核心的智能控制系统,采用模糊自适应PID控制和模块化结构软件,主程序通过调用子程序实现风机风量和干燥箱进口处温度自动监控,克服了干燥过程参数时变性、不确定性。仿真显示:该控制器具有较好的动态、稳态及抗干扰性能,超调量过渡过程等性能指标好于传统PID,具有很强的适应性和鲁棒性,能应对太阳能干燥系统对参数调变的需要,为干燥系统节约能耗及太阳能循环利用提供了新的创新视野。

Abstract:On the low utilization rate of solar energy and low degree of automation,a new kind of solar-assisted heating drying system is studied,recycling of solar energy. Aiming at the system,the intelligent control system is designed with STC89 C52 single chip microcontroller. Fuzzy adaptive PID control and modular software are adopted. The main program realizes the temperature automatic monitoring of the inlet of the fan and the drying box by calling the subroutine. Overcame drying process parameters time-varying and uncertainty,the simulation shows that the controller has good dynamic and steady state and anti-jamming performance,overshoot of good performance indexes such as the transient process of traditional PID,has the very strong adaptability and robustness,and can deal with solar drying system for the need of parameter modulation,for solar drying system to save energy consumption and recycling.
