机械振动式红枣收获的动力学研究

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件对枣树模型机械振动机理进行动力学仿真分析。首先,对不同年限枣树建模三维模型并进行模态分析,结果显示不同生长年限枣树在第3、4阶模态时具有较为理想的模态响应,由此确定机械振动力传递分布较好的频率范围为12~20 Hz;其次,在模态响应分析基础上对枣树模型进行谐响应分析,结果显示3年生、5年生和8年生枣树所施加激振力的最佳激振频率分别为18、14、12 Hz。本研究可为机械振动式红枣收获机激振频率范围选择提供理论依据。

Abstract:This study carries out the dynamic simulation analysis for the mechanism of mechanical vibration of jujube tree model by using finite element analysis software. Firstly, jujube trees model in different growth years are established by using three-dimensional modeling software, the results show that the 3rd and 4th-order modes of jujube trees in different growth years modal response is better, The good frequency range of mechanical vibration transmission distribution is 12-20Hz, Secondly, the harmonic analysis of the jujube tree model is analyzed basis on the modal analysis, and the results show that the optimal excitation frequency for excitation force of the 3, 5, 8 year-old jujube tree are 18,14Hz and 12Hz.This study can provide vibration frequency range for mechanical vibrating jujube harvester.
