辣椒介电参数测量误差分析及改进研究

摘    要:研究了一种平行极板电容用于辣椒电容测量的误差问题,确定了误差补偿方案和参数。通过改进测试系统和设定测试参数将系统误差降低到0. 53%,等位环在极板间距30mm时边缘电容误差降低到0. 56%。以辣椒丁为原料,确定了误差较低的检测状态,辣椒丁边长1~3mm时,误差为1. 2%~1. 4%。将干燥收缩与电容值进行补偿计算,干燥收缩造成的误差降低至1. 12%~1. 92%。实验表明:测试系统的总体误差低至4. 05%~4. 52%,重复误差为0. 57%~0. 62%。

Abstract:The error of a parallel plate capacitor used to measure the capacitance of agricultural products was studied,cast about for the error compensation scheme and parameters.The system error is reduced to 0.53%by improving the test system and setting the test parameters.The edge capacitance error is reduced to 0.56%at the distance of 30mm result from equal bit ring added.With hot pepper as the raw material,the test state of low error was determined.The error was from 1.2%to 1.4%when the pepper cube length was from 1mm to 3mm.The shrinkage and capacitance value are compensated reduced the error from 1.12%to 1.92%.The experimental results show that the overall error of the test system is as low as 4.05%to 4.52%,and the repetition error is 0.57%to 0.62%.
