基于Fluent流场分析的拖拉机齿轮泵结构优化设计

摘    要:由于工作压力和成本相对较低,齿轮泵被广泛用于农业机械中,包括拖拉机、收割机等机械的液压传动系统中。为了准确地捕捉拖拉机齿轮泵内流场的变化,将Fluent仿真软件引入到了齿轮泵的仿真模拟计算过程中,并采用UDF编程动网格技术对齿轮泵进行动了态数值模拟,分析了齿轮泵在齿轮旋转情况下的内部流场的变化。数值仿真模拟计算结果表明:采用Fluent软件和动网格技术,可以实现拖拉机齿轮泵的动态仿真模拟过程,且采用软件模拟的镜像技术可以有效地降低计算量,提高计算精度,为新型拖拉机齿轮泵的结构优化设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Due to the relatively low working pressure and cost, gear pumps are widely used in agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters and other mechanical hydraulic transmission systems. In order to accurately capture changes in flow field of tractor gear pump, it introduced the research of FLUENT simulation software into the simulation of the gear pump. And the dynamic mesh technology of gear pump for the numerical simulation is used by UDF programming, it analyzes the change of the inner flow field of the gear pump gear in case of rotation. By numerical simulation, the simulation results showed that it can realize the dynamic simulation of tractor gear pump simulation process by using FLUENT software and dynamic mesh technology, and it can effectively reduce the amount of calculation and improve the calculation accuracy by the use of simulation software mirroring technology, which is a new type of tractor gear pump structure optimization design provides a more meaningful.
