摘    要:为了实现产品的快速设计和创新设计,可以对现有的产品进行模块划分,再通过模块组合,从而以有限资源组合出尽可能多种类的产品,这种设计方法叫做模块化设计,是当前的研究热点。运用合理、实用的方法对现有产品进行模块划分,从而为快速设计和创新设计做好准备工作。使用模糊综合评价法,完成了多个专家对产品零件关联度大小的综合评判,再通过不同算法实现了模块划分。观察和对比划分结果验证了评价模型及划分结果的合理性。

Abstract:In order to achieve rapid product design and innovative design, the existing products could be divided into modules, and then through modular combinations to combine as many kinds of products as possible with limited resources followed by module combinations. This design method is called modular design, and it is also the focus of current research. By using reasonable and practical methods to divide the existing products, rapid design and innovative design could be prepared, and then the module partition was realized by different algorithms. The rationality of the evaluation model and the partition result was verified by observing and comparing the partition results.
