三维仿真及Java在拖拉机液压零件设计中的应用

摘    要:为了提高拖拉机液压系统零部件设计的效率,将三维仿真软件和Java技术引入到了零部件的设计方案中,采用Pro/E软件实现了拖拉机液压零部件的设计和建模,并使用参数化设计方法提高了设计效率,利用成熟的Java技术建立了模型库和数据库的接口,实现了零件库数据的访问和各种网络应用,开发出一个具有扩展功能的网络化液压系统零件库。以普通拖拉机千斤顶液压系统的设计为例,对零件库系统的功能进行了测试,结果表明:采用三维仿真和Java建立的零件库系统可以完成拖拉机液压系统阀缸体的参数化设计,并可以显示缸体的装配图与爆炸图,实现液压回路的原理设计,为拖拉机液压系统的快速设计提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of hydraulic system of tractor parts design, 3D simulation software and Java technology is introduced into the design of parts, which uses PreE software to realize the design and modeling of tractor hydraulic components, and uses parametric design method to improve the design efficiency. It establish the model base and database interface based on Java mature technology, to achieve the access to parts library data and a variety of network applications, develop a parts library network hydraulic system expansion function. In the design of hydraulic system of tractor ordinary jack for example, the parts library system was tested, the test results indicate that the 3D simulation of parts library system and the establishment of Java can complete the parametric design system of tractor hydraulic valve block, and it can display the assembly drawing of cylinder and explosion diagram, realize the principle of hydraulic circuit design,which provides a new method for the rapid design of tractor hydraulic system.
