摘    要:随着农业自动化技术的不断发展,无人驾驶播种机被逐渐应用到农业生产中,由于其远程监测和控制技术还不成熟,还无法达到无人化作业的水平。为此,将光纤传输和以太网通信技术引入到了无人驾驶播种机监控系统的设计中,并以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,以太网模块作为接口,采用光纤作为传输媒介,利用摄像头和传感器采集现场速度数据及播种机的运行情况,实现了基于以太网的远程无人驾驶播种机的监测与控制。为了验证方案的可行性,对监控系统的性能和播种机的总体性能进行了测试,结果表明:光纤以太网的丢包率较低,播种机的漏播率和重播率都较低,可以满足自动化作业的需求。

Abstract:With the continuous development of agricultural automation technology, autonomous seeding machine has been gradually applied to agricultural production. Because its remote monitoring and control technology is not yet mature, it can not achieve the level of unmanned operation. Based on above, the study of fiber optic transmission and Ethernet communication technology is introduced into the design of the monitoring system of unmanned seeder. It uses AT89S52 MCU as control core and Ethernet module as the interface, uses optical fiber as a transmission medium, uses cameras and sensors to collect data and speed of sowing machine operation, realizes the monitoring and driving control of remote unmanned seeder based on ethernet. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, it tested the performance of the monitoring system and the overall performance of the seeder. The test results show that the packet loss rate of optical Ethernet is low, and the sowing rate and rerun rate of the seeder are low, which can meet the needs of automatic operation.
