摘    要:为了提高食用菌废弃菌糠及养殖业产生的畜禽粪便等厩肥的综合利用率,以食用菌糠有机肥料混合机作为研究对象,对其主要工作部件螺旋搅拌机构的参数进行了设计和计算,并介绍了整机结构及工作原理。试验结果表明:该机可一次性完成对食用菌废弃菌糠的破碎与有机肥料搅拌、混合、翻料,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of WMFC and aquaculture produces edible fungus manure manure rate, edible fungus bran organic fertilizer mixing machine as the research object, the parameter of the main working parts of spiral mixing calculation, research design and at the same time, introduces the whole structure and working principle of the operation the machine can complete the scene, broken of WMFC edible fungus and organic fertilizer stirring, mixing, stirring, thereby reducing the labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
