摘    要:为进一步提升耕地装置的作业效率与稳定性程度,对其展开结构设计与优化。通过理解耕地机的旋耕机理与作业过程中耕地核心执行部件的运动特性,利用优化设计理论建立有限元理论模型,并依据严谨的设计流程和耕地装置结构的装配特点,在UG中建立耕地装置核心执行部件的三维物理模型,与ANSYS恰当对接后导入进行预处理,科学高效地划分网格与施加载荷,得出耕地装置关键位置的位移分布云图和应力分布云图,并有效避免刀齿与机轴产生共振。试验表明:参数结构优化合理;选取旋耕入土深度、土壤蓬松度、地表平整度和整机工作稳定性4项指标作为衡量标准,结构优化后,在满足10%~40%的行业标准要求条件下,经测量平均地表平整度提高了4%,整个耕地装置的工作稳定性提高了5. 1%。此设计合理可靠,可为相似农用机具的机构设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:In order to further improve the efficiency and stability of the cultivated land machine,the structure design and optimization were carried out.By understanding the mechanism of the rotary tillage of cultivated land machine and the movement characteristics of the core executive parts during the operation,the theory model of the finite element was established by the optimization design theory.And through the rigorous design process and the structure assembly characteristics of the cultivated land machine,the three-dimensional physical model of the core executive parts of the cultivated land device was established in UG,and the preprocessing was carried out after the proper docking with ANSYS.The scientific and efficient grid division and applied load were done,and the displacement and stress distribution cloud of the key position of the cultivated land machine were obtained.Through avoiding the resonance of the blade and the machine shaft,and the test showed that the parameter structure was optimized and reasonable.Four indexes of rotary tillage soil depth,soil fluffiness,surface flatness and machine stability were selected as the measuring standards,after the ANSYS simulation of the structure size,the average surface flatness increased by 4%and the working stability of the cultivated land machine increased by 5.1%under the industry standard conditions in satisfied the requirement of 10%-40%,this design was reasonable and reliable,which could also provide a reference for similar agricultural machinery design.
