基于直流电机驱动电路的移动式采摘机器人设计

摘    要:基于直流电机驱动策略,采用STM32微处理器,搭建了采摘机器人运动控制系统,并基于H桥功率驱动电路及PWM脉宽调速策略,实现了采摘机器人电机驱动调速系统。试验结果表明:该采摘机器人在行走和转弯测试中,误差较小,能够满足设计要求,对直流电机在其场合的驱动控制具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the DC motor driving strategy and the STM32 microprocessor, it built the motion control system of picking robot based on the DC motor driving strategy. Based on the power drive circuit of H bridge and the PWM pulse width regulation strategy, it realized the motor drive speed regulation system of harvesting robot. The test results show that the picking robot has less error in walking and turning test, which can meet the design requirements, and has a certain reference value for DC motor in its driving and control.
