摘    要:RAPD分子标记技术具有简便快捷、灵敏度高、准确性强、需要模板DNA量少及不易受污染等优点。生物技术的发展给植物遗传育种研究带来了巨大的变化,随着分子标记技术的日益成熟,林木分子标记研究取得了长足发展。就RAPD技术原理及其在林木育种上的应用进行了综述。

Abstract:RAPD has some virtues,such as simple and fast,high sensitive,veracity,little DNA requirement and unpolluted.Great changes had been taken place to the study of plant genetic breeding by the development of biotechnology.As the develop of macular DNA molecuiar marker, the woods DNA molecuiar marker researchs have acquired great progresses.This article su mmarizes for the detection principle of RAPD technology and its application on forestry.
